Yes, on any Online Store 2.0 theme — the ones that let you add blocks from the theme editor. The app uses a theme-agnostic layer that detects the selected variant and bundles the cart correctly: verified on Dawn and Horizon, with adapters for custom themes. There is one step you do have to take yourself: turn off your theme's own buy buttons on the products that carry a form, or a customer could walk off with the frame and no lenses. Yes — 14 days, billed through Shopify. The trial starts when you choose and approve the plan in Shopify, not when you install the app: installing and coming back to it later doesn't burn trial days. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Yes, they're included in Pro. The shopper picks the pack, ticks the eyes they're ordering and enters a prescription per eye; if your product carries its catalogue of buildable combinations, the manufacturer's exact reference travels on the order.
It never passes through our servers. It travels encrypted over TLS from your customer's browser straight to Shopify, as order line-item properties, and it stays on your order for your lab and your records — we keep no copy. See our Privacy Policy.
Only service messages about the app: setup help if you got stuck half-way, a notice if a publish to your storefront fails, and notices about your subscription. There's no newsletter and no promotions, and if your setup goes smoothly you won't get any of the setup ones. If you'd rather not receive them, reply to any of them and we'll switch them off.
